AlexMath is an online math training startup that helps students overcome math challenges by taking advantage of the latest technologies. We believe that learning math shouldn’t be boring so we are looking for a talented and enthusiastic student game developer who wants to help flip the script on math too.

Game Developer Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively to build and test a Roblox experience
- Translating ideas into efficient code
- Assist the team in developing product milestones and timelines
- Maintain and update code while fixing game bugs
- Creating game specifications and operating instructions

Game Developer Experience:

Must-Haves:
- In-depth experience of the Roblox platform
- Experience playing video games (preferably Roblox)
- Prior experience on development projects
- A drive to learn what results in strong player engagement and retention
- Great communication skills that allow for efficient teamwork

Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with Lua scripting language
- Relevant knowledge of development terms and game mechanics
- Prior experience with game design and product development

Opportunity to work directly with the CEO of an established UK company now operating in Phoenix.

The primary function initially of this role will be to work on the UK accounts (guidance will be given) building and sending out invoices to our UK clients. Our services are IT related and good organization skills and attention to detail are required.

Once mastered duties will be broadened to include office management working with the UK based equivalent in the London office.

The candidate needs to be comfortable working with colleagues remotely, potentially in a different time zone and needs to be able to work independently.

Someone who appreciates that in a small start-up duties may vary and candidate may gain exposure and experience in many business aspects.

The role has the potential to become a right-hand person to the CEO assisting in all matters of the business.

Specific duties include

* Creating invoices for our clients based on information from our CRM system "Autotask"
* Using QuickBooks to process the invoices and manage the US accounts
* Using QuickBooks in the UK. Will be exposed to the UK software system Sage.
* Help with various administrative duties related to the CEO from help completing visa forms to filing of personal receipts.
* Potentially working on payroll via our current HR and payroll system, Gusto.
* Organize receipts and input expenses into spreadsheets and QuickBooks
* Organize and maintain electronic filing of documents and files.
* Work as an assistant to the CEO, helping schedule and organize various matters including personal matters as well as those of the business.
* Checking bank accounts and paying invoices etc.
* Ordering from suppliers parts and services required seeking the best deals.
* Other typical administration duties, from answering calls to communicating with partners.
* Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
* Submit and reconcile expense reports.
* Assist in recruitment of additional staff.
* Involvement in HR aspects of business using our Gusto HR tool.
* Working with the UK team and potential to assist them as necessary.
* Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.

The device has been demonstrated in 3 clinical studies to provide clinically meaningful anxiety relief in 10 minutes or less. Future products being developed include software applications to help patients track and quantify their

Open Position – Clinical Research Assistant
Hoolest is looking to hire clinical research assistants to help our research team market and recruit
patients for two clinical studies being conducted at the GCU location. This is a part time position and
tasks will include:
• becoming familiar with the P57 ONE device and how it works;
• becoming familiar with the clinical study protocols;
• assisting in recruiting people from the GCU campus and other locations to participate in the trial
using various marketing channels such as email, social media, craigslist, flyers posted around
campus, and other channels;
• assisting the research team in other study-related tasks.

Qualifications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Passion for mental health and technology
• Self-driven
• Experience recruiting participants for past studies or projects

Hoolest is looking for a part time (at least 10 hours/week) scientific writer to write analyses and
summary reports of clinical research in the field of mental health treatment, neurotechnology, and
human performance enhancement.
Your job will be to read through the most current research studies and reports in the field, write
summary reports of those research studies, and post those summary reports to our website.
You will need to read and write at least one summary report of a research study publication every week, and post your report to our website each week. Your work will help our team stay up to date on the most recent findings in the literature, which will help with future product development, gather interest from mental health professionals, and ultimately the successful launch of our first product.

Responsibilities
• Weekly searches through clinical research databases to search for the most recent publications covering topics such as mental health treatment, latest trends in psychology or psychotherapy, neurotechnology, or human performance enhancement.
• Reading at least 1 research publication and writing a 1-page report that summarizes the research findings.
• Posting a 1-page summary report to the Hoolest website at least 1 time per week.
• Weekly meetings with Hoolest leadership team members.

Qualifications
• Completed or working towards a degree in science, engineering, or a field related to mental
health;
• Completed or working towards completing a graduate-level thesis, dissertation, or another type
of a significant research manuscript;
• Passion for clinical research and understanding the latest in scientific discovery;
• Passion for mental health, technology, and human performance;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Self-driven
• Fun, hard working individual able to relate on a personal level with other team members;

Open Position – Market Research Assistant
Hoolest is looking for a part time (at least 10 hours/week) marketing research assistants to assist in conducting primary market research and to collect data on various marketing channels, tactics, and customer segments.

The primary job of this assistant will be to
• Identify potential customers/patients, mental health treatment providers, and key opinion leaders who are interested in drug-free anxiety relief devices and technologies;
• Recruit patients or clinicians through various platforms to complete market research surveys;
• Set up and conduct remote interviews with the people identified;
• Schedule and conduct product demonstrations with interested patients and/or clinicians at the Grand Canyon University office space;
• Assist in analyzing interview data;

Qualifications
• Have some past experience conducting interviews with various types of people to get feedback on a product, service, or an idea, and be able to present that information clearly to other team members and stakeholders;
• Strive to understand the basics of vagal nerve stimulation and be able to explain it to interviewees;
• Have a background/passion for marketing and a desire to learn through real-world testing of ideas and tactics;
