Student Mechanical Engineer

We’re looking for a mechanical engineer who loves electronics to help us with:

Hardware development
Prototyping using 3D printing
Hardware production
CNC routing
Product Design and Assembly

Our ideal candidate would have experience with:

3D design using Solidworks or similar
CNC routing
3D printing
Programming with Arduino or similar

Looking for a software developer to initially build software application databases, that may lead into working on an innovative blockchain related software application service.

In the first instance for our IT service company, we'd like to move away from using multiple spreadsheets and instead develop a single database application to improve processes.

The software platform is yet to be determined and the recruited candidates will have some influence over the platform decision, but for the initial project being moving away from using Excel, using a Microsoft based solution may be preferred for the rapid application development side.

We feel the opportunity here is for a keep software developer to quickly get involved in developing an application that has commercial application, with the view for any developers working on this to also later be involved in a more ambitions blockchain related service we are looking to develop and raise investment form

Dasuni is originally a London based company with its main revenue generated by providing exceptional IT, Manager Service Providers (MSP) Services to UK clients. Expanding to the USA with our first Phoenix offices we intend to develop, blockchain based software products that change the way we conduct commence on the internet.

Roles and Responsibilities/ Learning Objectives:
• Research specific industry news and trends for use in communicating and marketing on behalf of our clients, story topics and ideas will be provided weekly
• Ability to think outside the box and not afraid to be creative in their approach
• Reviews current brand assets and literature on monthly newsletter and various articles published
• Configure and manage automated social media outbound messaging platform as well as schedule and manage outgoing posts on behalf of AFEUSA
• Write and edit copy – contribute articles, pitches, press releases, award submissions, etc…
• Write and disseminate content to various internal resources like: graphic designer, web publishing to site, social media posts and social media manager
E6 will provide:
• Sample works that are expected to be reproduced with new content
• The text content for newsletter publication
• Access to Shutterstock photo repository for graphics
• Brand style guide with exact hex colors
• Support from a senior level designer
• Cloud storage where all artifacts (work) is to be checked in
• Company email account (expect to perform all work related communication from here)

Nice To Have
• A working computer that is adequate to open and edit adobe files
• Working knowledge of adobe products such as: photoshop and illustrator
• Ability to navigate and check in work to Microsoft OneDrive
• Ability to communicate effectively using Office 365 tools (email, teams, etc. )
• Work between 5 - 15 hours per week as well as track time using internal processes (Date / task performed)
• Work with, receive feedback and direction from a senior designer

VERY Nice To Have:
• Ability to learn and become proficient in updating WordPress web sites with content provided by writers
• Ability to edit video and overlay custom backgrounds to video

LittleBird is seeking a particularly talented student technical writer to help us by writing technical product, software, and training documentation.

LittleBird is a fast-paced, team-oriented technology startup based in the GCU Innovation Center. If you want to experience the energy of a collaborative, friendly work environment on campus while gaining valuable business experience, LittleBird is for you!

LittleBird builds resident-focused technology for apartment communities, including smart access control systems (such as a video intercom), smart home automation devices (including lights, locks, thermostats, and motion sensors), and smart community features, all of which can be controlled from our smartphone app.

As technical writer, you will create and manage documents for internal and external communications regarding our products. Accurate technical documentation is crucial for LittleBird employees, partners, and customers, so a strong grasp of both writing and product functions is important.

Responsibilities:
Write technical documentation (installation guides, user manuals, etc.) for LittleBird products, both hardware and software
Manage and update existing documentation as needed
Work closely with several departments to access the most current technical information
Interact with both hardware and software when necessary to best understand their functions
Organize and clarify large amounts of complex technical data

Qualifications:
Can write clear, objective documentation for user guides and technical documents
Can learn technical concepts and explain them in writing
Studying English, Communications, or related field preferred
Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills
Strong organizational, and communication skills
Previous technical experience or knowledge preferred
Knowledge of the apartment industry highly desirable

LittleBird is seeking a particularly talented student UX Designer to help us by creating intuitive and effective designs catered to our users.

LittleBird is a fast-paced, team-oriented technology startup based in the GCU Innovation Center. If you want to experience the energy of a collaborative, friendly work environment on campus while gaining valuable business experience, LittleBird is for you!

LittleBird builds resident-focused technology for apartment communities, including smart access control systems (such as a video intercom), smart home automation devices (including lights, locks, thermostats, and motion sensors), and smart community features, all of which can be controlled from our smartphone app.

This position on the Product team will work closely with key team members, including Product Engineers and Product Managers, to design successful and delightful experiences for users of our physical and digital products.
